Isha is an accomplished, dedicated, and detail-oriented Litigation Lawyer with significant experience in Family Law, Civil Litigation, Personal Injury, Wills & Estate and Employment Law. She has represented clients in Family Law and Civil Litigation matters in the Court of Appeal, Divisional Court, Superior Court of Justice, Small Claims Court, various Tribunals, and Mediations. She is also empaneled with Legal Aid as a Family lawyer and has successfully represented clients from all walks of life. Additionally, she is also empaneled with Unifor in all areas stated above. She regularly attends CPD programs including conferences to keep herself updated with all new developments and works hard on improving her skills as an efficient litigator.
Isha is passionate about her work and strives to ensure that her clients get the best possible services they deserve. Her clients have the confidence in her ability to find solutions to their most difficult problems. She has represented clients from various cultures and communities. Besides being fluent in English, she speaks other languages too such as Punjabi, Hindi and Urdu.
She is a compassionate human being who is always concerned about the well being of her clients . As a Family Lawyer, she feels committed to help the children facing numerous issues due to parental conflict or disputes. She is currently on the Board of Directors with Children Aid Society of London and Middlesex. Isha is also a member of Middlesex Law Association and London Chamber of Commerce.
In addition to a B.A. (Hons), LL.B. degree, Isha has earned a Certification of Qualification from National Committee of Accreditation (NCA), Ottawa, Canada. As a Barrister and Solicitor, she is a proud member of Law Society of Ontario.
Isha lives in London, Ontario with her spouse Vikas Wadhwa , who is also a qualified professional. They have one child who is currently pursuing University education. As a family they love to explore places and have traveled extensively around the world. Isha is also interested in interior designing and has a collection of souvenirs that she bought while travelling. She enjoys gardening and reading in her free time.
